INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE MEMBERS’ COLOMBANO E BONIFACIO MEETING 

Dear Member,

As stated in the notice for the Assembly, you will be able to participate exclusively online via webinar and/or streaming.

You will not receive any link; to join, you must access the website https://colombanoebonifacio.assemblea.online and enter your credentials.

To register and participate, please note that:

• To facilitate the accreditation and the validation procedures, registration must be completed 6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 10th, 2025.
• You must have an internet-connected device and an email address.
• You can follow the assembly and participate in voting using devices other than a PC (Tablet or Smartphone). However, voice intervention functionalities during the assembly are not guaranteed on mobile devices; therefore, to speak, it is essential to use a desktop or laptop computer.
• The personal credentials received by email and the new password set during the first access must be retained, as they are necessary to log in on the day of the assembly and access the voting platform.
• The assembly can be followed live via webinar and/or streaming (the connection will open half an hour before the start of the proceedings).
• Participation is open to all registered members. Those who wish to speak during the assembly are encouraged to keep their interventions brief (around 3 minutes).

Proxy Representation According to Article 7 of the Association’s Statute, each member may be represented only by another member, and each member may receive up to 10 proxies. Members of the Colombano e Bonifacio Association’s Executive Committee and the Board of Auditors cannot receive proxies.

Proxies, duly completed, must be sent to the email address assemblea@colombanoebonifacio.it.
